Terms & Conditions

General Policy: This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables during your stay.

Reservation & Cancellation:

  • Once checked in, reservations cannot be canceled.
  • Advance deposits are required at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are refundable only if cancellations are made within the applicable cancellation policy period.
  • Pre-paid and promotional reservations may have restricted cancellation and refund policies.
  • Reservations booked through third-party websites must be canceled directly through that provider.
  • Guest Room Policy
  • Missing or damaged linens and hotel property will result in additional charges.
  • Guest rooms showing evidence of pets, pet odor, or pet dander will incur a non-refundable deep cleaning fee.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, pool areas, and restaurants. Additional cleaning fees will apply for smoking violations.
  • Designated smoking areas are available on the property.

Pets: No pets are allowed. ADA-defined service animals are permitted.

Payment & Deposits:

  • The hotel accepts major credit cards only. Cash deposits are not accepted.
  • A credit card pre-authorization or security deposit may be required at check-in.
  • Rates are based on the confirmed check-in date and length of stay. Early departures may result in rate adjustments.

Parking: Self-parking is available onsite for an additional fee of $38 per vehicle, per day. Valet parking is not available.

Taxes & Fees: Room rates, occupancy taxes, and city fees are subject to applicable government taxes and charges.

Hotel Rights: The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations suspected of fraudulent activity, inappropriate conduct, or booking errors.
